JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  1. Achieve sales targets by implementing agreed designed strategies and exploiting all business opportunities, thereby increasing the profitable growth of the company.  This will be done by a range of sales tools, such as sales presentations, personal sales visits, regular mailing and attending media & promotional activities thereby ensuring maximum exposure in the business market.
  2. Develop and implement the business strategy and related policies (1-3year timescales) ensuing maximum profitability and productivity and Influences business decisions by providing key input such as product pricing, market situation, and potential revenue threats etc. to the Management. 
  3. Negotiates prices for product changes, including maintenance of a consistent pricing across programs strategy.
  4. Analyzes sales / market data to assist in development of territory strategy.
  5. Compile a weekly report on sales activities (including feedback from distributors / customers) for the management highlighting issues that need to be monitored and requiring corrective action, in order to maintain a total quality service standard.
  6. Source and develop new customers/distributors in order to promote the Gewiss product to increase market penetration and achieve the budgeted sales targets.
  7. Identify methods of promoting the product through advertisements, seasonal sales schemes and other revenue generating schemes.
  8. Manages quotations and purchase orders.
  9. Provide regular updated account plans and input regarding business development and solution selling.
  10. Review operational records and prepare reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  11. Analyze sales levels and trends, and initiate action as necessary to ensure attainment of sales objectives.
  12. Represent the company at meetings, trade functions and special events to promote future sales and create awareness of the Gewiss product and destinations.
  13. Ensure appropriate accruals are established with price and contracts in order to avoid swings in monthly and year-end business income projections.
  14. Maintain and develop a strong relationship with current clients through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence, in order to address any customer dissatisfaction issues and identify any additional revenue potential.  
  15. Adhere to Gewiss Compliance policy and apply full ethics and integrity in entire business transaction (Internal and External)
