The Buyer for Outsourced Suppliers will be responsible for managing and developing outsourced suppliers, both Italian and foreign, for the assigned product categories. The role will involve negotiating purchase agreements, managing orders, and qualifying suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards in terms of quality, costs, and delivery times.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing outsourced suppliers for the assigned categories, both nationally and internationally.

• Entering purchase orders and managing item master data through SAP.

• Monitoring supplier compliance with company qualification processes and procedures.

• Attività di scouting e validazione di nuovi fornitori con focus su qualità, affidabilità e competitività economica.

• Collaborating with technical and quality functions for supplier technical evaluation.

• Preparing and monitoring the purchasing budget.

• Analyzing costs and preparing cost breakdowns to support purchasing decisions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the role of Buyer, preferably in structured industrial contexts.

• In-depth knowledge of managing outsourced suppliers.

• Excellent command of SAP.

• Ability to analyze costs and prepare cost breakdowns.

• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

• Excellent negotiation, relational, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of plastic molding technologies.

• Knowledge of surface treatments.
