The role will be responsible for:- 

• Bookkeeping & accounting tasks as per local requirements
• Reporting - Posting of various transactions in SAP and ensure monthly / quarterly / annual financial reports are prepare on time as per Corp Directives
• Payroll management of employees to ensure salary & associated taxes are paid on time.
• Expense claim process of employees – check employee expense claim reports and ensure that these are in line with local & internal requirements.
• Accounts payable – posting of various supplier invoices (internal & external) and ensure that the payments are processed on due date.
• Accounts receivable – monitoring of customer dues, follow up for payment and ensure that the payments are received on / before due date; escalate in case of potential risk.
• Banking – liaison with banks on a day-to-day basis and monitor cash flow.
• Tax – Co-ordinate with tax consultants in the calculation of various taxes such as VAT, Withholding tax, Social security, Corp Income Tax, etc..
• Audit – Assist in the preparation & co-ordinate with external auditor during the audit process.
• Assist management in case of any additional reporting requirements.
