The Position includes and not limited to the handling of the following main responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Answering the phone, taking messages and taking care of office visitors (F&B);

  • Responding to general customers queries and sales enquiries;

  • Preparing NBQs, creating sales orders, customer invoicing, etc. in SAP;

  • Coordinating the shipment releases from Gewiss Italy and arrange all the required shipment documents to customs agent;

  • Liaison with the customs agent for shipment clearance in Egypt customs and arrange timely deliver at customers warehouse;

  • Periodic reconciliation of customer accounts with the support of Finance team;

  • Arranging marketing tools delivery to customers, courier/freight forwarder: Catalogues, giveaways & samples;

  • Arranging and maintaining up-to date inventory of the internal storage: Office supplies, catalogues, samples, giveaway, marketing tools;

  • Coordinating, attending and taking minutes at sales meetings;

  • Assisting in organizing special events: training, exhibition, seminar;

  • Making business travel arrangements: Visas, Tickets, hotels, airport transfers, etc.;

  • Overseeing all aspects of general office coordination and assisting GM and Sales team whenever needed.
