SALES & INVOICING/ACCOUNTING (SelectLine Platform)

· Preparing and sending offers

· Preparing and sending order confirmations

· Sharing TNT Tracking

· Preparing and sending invoices to our customers

· Monitoring payments and sending reminders for payment of outstanding invoices

· Management and monitoring of all orders to Gewiss Spa

· Support in preparing documentation for participation in public tenders

· Daily updating of turnover Excel file (invoice/purchase/margin)

· Uploading/sharing turnover to SAP weekly and at the end of each month

ADMINISTRATION 

· Sending all payable invoices to accountant

· Sending various documentation (insurance, leasing, professional contributions)

· Monthly dispatch of all documentation required for closing the accounting month

MARKETING

· Social media management (Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook)

· Monthly planning of all content (Hootsuite)

· Social media monitoring/reporting

· Landing Pages creation for Google Adv and Linkedin campaigns

· Planning and monitoring results of Google Adv and Linkedin campaigns with external agency Netmar Suisse

· Management of Gewiss Swiss websites in all three languages (CH-IT/CH-DE/CH-FR)

PURCHASING

· Purchase of all necessary office materials
