The candidate will join a young and dynamic team and will have the opportunity to work in a multinational and structured environment. The role will involve overseeing innovative projects and coordinating support and regular development activities in the Sales & Distribution area, by performing the following tasks directly and/or coordinating external suppliers:

 

  • Analysis, design, and configuration of SAP SD modules to support the company's sales, distribution, and invoicing processes.
  • Collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure the integration of SAP SD modules with other business modules and systems (MM, FI, etc.).
  • Managing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the SAP SD module.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes using SAP best practices.
  • Providing internal user support, training, and continuous updates on system features.
  • Documenting the technical and functional solutions implemented.
  • Collaborating with external suppliers and coordinating them to ensure project timelines and quality objectives are met.
  • Participating in the definition of business requirements and analysis of solutions for new projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the role, specifically in ERP SAP SD modules;
  • Preferable experience in managing processes with solutions complementary to ERP systems (e.g., PLM systems, APS planning systems, etc.);
  • Proficiency in the Office365 suite for collaborative work and digital approvals (SharePoint, Teams, etc.);
  • Degree in industrial engineering or computer science (or equivalent; candidates with different educational backgrounds but relevant seniority will also be considered);
  • Good command of the English language;
  • Ability to listen and understand business requirements;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Teamwork orientation;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in structured environments;
  • Aptitude for seeking and promoting change/innovation;
  • Determination to achieve results;
  • Curiosity, initiative, and proactivity in acquiring new skills;
  • Willingness to make occasional trips abroad to the Group's subsidiaries.
