Gewiss is seeking the profile of an ELECTRONIC PRODUCT SPECIALIST. The candidate will be integrated into a young and dynamic team and will have the opportunity to join a multinational and structured environment.


Main responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the go-to-market product marketing strategy, including the definition and communication of product value propositions and positioning in accordance with corporate marketing guidelines.
  • Achievement of product marketing targets and budgets through sales monitoring and implementation of action/improvement plans in the market. Support sales with marketing tools.
  • Execution of marketing/business plans in accordance with corporate and country guidelines with a focus on business development.
  • Support the launch of new products in accordance with corporate guidelines and management of the product lifecycle. Propose new products/solutions to be developed in coordination with corporate marketing. Translate customer needs into proposals for new product specifications.
  • Coordination of market analysis with the sales team and definition of appropriate forecasts and plans for the product line.
  • Evaluation and sharing of competitor market analysis, research, and market shares. Monitoring competitor actions and strategies.
  • Support for problem resolution and collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Production, Quality, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer visits in collaboration with the sales team to create and maintain a stable and profitable relationship.
  • Analysis of competitor positioning and definition of pricing structure.
  • Guide sales efficiency through product training for customers and internal staff. Support for on-site customer visits.

Required qualifications:

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering.
  • Preferable experience in product specialist roles in electronic products.
  • Knowledge of the world of systems for residential and tertiary building automation or experience in companies operating in similar automation fields.
