We are looking for a Junior Technical Back Office - Energy position to join the "Global Service & After Sales" Function, a structure responsible for managing Service and After Sales for Gewiss at an international level. 

Main responsibilities:
• Manage pre and post-sales service related to Energy catalog products ;
• Support Clusters in the development of wired panels;
• Interface directly with Customers to gather relevant information for the correct definition of the problem and provide, if necessary, comprehensive support;
• Manage and propose solutions to technical issues reported by the market;
• Activate corrective actions (process changes, product modifications, etc.) and monitor them until the problem is resolved;
• Maintain and update the ticketing system.


• Diploma in electrical/electronic engineering;
• 2-3 years of experience in similar roles;
• Knowledge of the products will be considered a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Availability for national and international travel;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills complete the profile.
