The role will involve overseeing innovative projects and coordinating support activities and routine evolution in the HR and Office domains, directly performing the following tasks and/or coordinating external suppliers:

  • Configuration of relevant business applications (HCM, DMS, Collaboration Portals, etc.);
  • Functional and process analysis, primarily focusing on Human Resources, Organization, Collaboration, and Digitalization flows;
  • Gathering business needs and requirements, identifying suitable application solutions and implementation specifications;
  • Coordinating implementation activities of the solutions;
  • Participating in company projects with international impacts for development and reorganization;
  • Proposing innovation and streamlining of application solutions to support processes;
  • Validating implemented solutions;
  • Empowering users to effectively utilize the released applications.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in the role of SAP-HR and HCM SAP-Success Factors ERP analyst and Collaborative analyst;
  • Microsoft Suite (Power Platform, Teams, Sharepoint, Office 365);
  • Use of Office 365 suite for collaborative purposes and digital approvals (Sharepoint, Teams, etc.);
  • Degree in management engineering, economics, or computer science (or equivalent, candidates with a different educational background but relevant seniority will also be considered);
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Ability to listen and understand business requirements;
  • Problem-solving skills; Teamwork orientation; Ability to manage multiple projects in structured contexts; Ability to seek and promote change/innovation; Determination to achieve results; Curiosity, initiative, and proactiveness in acquiring new skills;
  • Willingness to occasionally travel abroad to Group Branches.
