We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Payroll and HR Administration to join our team.

This role requires strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including data entry and wage calculation
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain employee records and update payroll information as needed.
  • Manage time and attendance systems to accurately record employees’ working hours, overtime, leave requests, INPS permits and illnesses, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including welfare, health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Generate reports for management on payroll metrics and attendance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline payroll management and attendance tracking processes, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.



  • Diploma in economics/administration field or Bachelor's degree in economics or HR administration, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration (including internships)
  • Strong understanding of personnel administration regulations
  • Proficiency MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • English proficiency
  • Proficiency in payroll software (such as SAP) is considered a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
