We are looking for a Quality System specialist to join the QHSE & SUSTAINABILITY Department at the Cenate Sotto (BG).

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor internal processes and procedures to ensure their continuos improvement
• Support the internal Depts. to set up organizational changes and to implent new processes/activities according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 requirements.
• Elaborate flows and procedures to identify accountabilities, responsabilities and relevant KPIs
• Update the internal processes mapping to guarantee a continue alignment to the strategy
• Support the development and maintaining of Gewiss Integrated System Management certified according to Iso ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 and Unipdr 125:22
• Conduct operations aimed at continuous improvement of both processes and products.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical degree, Management Engineering Degree is considered a plus;
• Specialized training on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 will be considered a plus
• 1/2 years of experience in a similar role (Quality assurance);
• Good knowledge/experience of the main ISO Standards
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

La retribuzione annua lorda per questo ruolo in base al sistema di politica retributiva applicato in azienda è compresa tra € 30.312 e € 36.000 lordi, del CCNL Gomma Plastica.

Maggiori dettagli, anche relativi a trattamenti aggiuntivi eventualmente applicati e previsti dalla contrattazione collettiva e anche aziendale, saranno forniti in corso di colloquio.

Il posizionamento all'interno del range retributivo indicato dipenderà dall’analisi dell'esperienza, del livello di seniority, della responsabilità, delle competenze traversali e tecnico-specialistiche e degli altri fattori pertinenti al ruolo, accertati durante il processo di selezione. In presenza di profili con competenze ed esperienza significativamente superiori rispetto ai requisiti della posizione, potrà essere valutata, previa approvazione interna, una proposta retributiva superiore al limite massimo del range indicato.
