Main responsibilities:

• Optimize the production process, inspired by the “Lean Manufacturing” industrial management model;
• Determine working methods in accordance with the planning and defined guidelines and propose, if necessary, changes to policies taking into account the capacity of available resources, suggesting adjustments (increase or decrease), according to different situations;
• Collaborate with other internal departments, making your contribution to promoting the improvement of product quality and/or the development of new products, as well as to make the use of equipment and manufacturing methods profitable;
• Supervise the Process Engineering team;
• Contribute to compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Profile:

• Higher education, preferably in the area of Industrial Engineering and Management or similar;
• Minimum five years' experience in similar functions;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing;
• Knowledge of Methods and Times;
• Knowledge of Work Ergonomics;
• Informatic Skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of 5S procedures and standards.
