Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring the status of product rejection levels;
• Ensure strict compliance defined in the applicable documentation;
• Ensure support to Production in the execution of material samples;
• Ensure support to Production in resolving problems;
• Ensure the treatment of non-conformities of various origins (Production, Final Product Control, Customer Service…);
• Ensure Production support in activating Engineering changes;
• Interpret tests results, analysis, observations, statistics, write reports and, if applicable, propose changes to standards and technical specifications;
• Ensure permanent and active contact with subcontractors/suppliers/customers (problem solving, improvements, handling of non-conformities);
• Manage product index (traceability).

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in the areas of quality control, mechanics, electromechanics, electrical engineering or similar;
• Minimum two years' experience in similar functions;
• Informatic skills;
• Knowledge of quality management systems;
• Fluent in English; 
• Knowledge of 5S procedures and standards.
