The Position will be responsible but not limited to the following:

• Contribute to the installation process of devices and the resolution of technical problems
• Assisting in researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions as needed to resolve customer technical issues
• Giving technical trainings to resellers and customers when necessary
• Following and solving active projects in the field and technical expectations and problems of the customer
• To follow the technological developments related to the products sold and to inform the customer about the latest developments when necessary
• Providing fast and accurate information to customers
• Prepare technical submittals for consultants approvals.
