Role purpose

Support commercial operations for the Aegean & Slavic Region by ensuring accurate order management, pricing coordination, reporting, and effective alignment between sales, customers, and internal functions.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders end-to-end, including validation of special conditions, delivery requirements, and coordination with customer service and commercial assistants.
  • Analyse and manage special pricing requests, assessing feasibility against margin targets and liaising with Pricing and Area Managers.
  • Prepare commercial offers by consolidating technical and pricing inputs from internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM data, including pipeline tracking, customer requests, and product configurations.
  • Contribute to forecasting activities (AOP, 6+6, monthly forecast cycles) and ensure alignment with supply chain.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance tracking, and bonus forecasts.
  • Monitor product availability and support demand and supply alignment.
  • Follow up on customer-related actions and support Area Managers in daily commercial activities.
  • Manage codification requests and support product-related workflows and benchmarking activities.
  • Collect and consolidate market intelligence to support commercial decision-making.
  • Support customer visits and internal coordination when required.

Cross-functional coordination

  • Work closely with Area Managers to structure and validate customer requests.
  • Interface with Pricing, Technical Back Office, and Business Units on product and commercial topics.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain for demand planning and forecast accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Finance on credit management and payment follow-ups.
  • Liaise with Legal on contract review and special agreements.

Technical and operational support

  • Coordinate technical and product-related requests with internal experts.
  • Support special product workflows and customised solutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of ongoing activities.

 

Profile

  • Experience in sales support, commercial operations, or customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in pricing and margin evaluation.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP tools (e.g. SAP).
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
