The employee is responsible for managing projects and maintaining strong relationships with direct accounts—such as installers, developers, panel builders, system integrators, general contractors, and other relevant stakeholders—from the auction phase through to invoicing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Scouting & Opportunity Identification
    Proactively identifies ongoing or upcoming projects in the market. Assesses the presence of Gewiss solutions and explores opportunities to extend or introduce the full Gewiss offering.
  • Technical Sales & Solution Proposals
    Develops and proposes optimized technical and financial solutions tailored to customer needs using Gewiss products.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    Builds trust and loyalty by providing a personalized approach to project management, aiming to generate recurring business and long-term partnerships.
    Identifies project decision-makers and aligns technical solutions with available budgets, working in close collaboration with the technical department.
    Identifies and engages potential new partners (installers, developers, etc.) who can contribute to future business opportunities.
  • Project Support & Follow-up
    Provides technical support to customers throughout the project lifecycle. Ensures seamless execution from planning to delivery and invoicing.
    Works with the Prescriber Team to support prescribed solutions through implementation. Collaborates with the Sell-In Team on distributor-related projects, proposing complete Gewiss solutions where necessary.
  • Meetings, Negotiations, Monitoring
    Organizes regular progress meetings with procurement and project management teams. Manages bid adjustments and commercial negotiations based on project requirements.
    Tracks project progress at each stage, ensuring alignment with agreed specifications and deadlines.

Works with the technical team on offer preparation and complex bids. Acts as a liaison for managing claims or technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.

  • CRM & Reporting
    Maintains up-to-date project and opportunity records in CRM. Produces reports and analysis on direct partner performance and project status.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in technical sales within the electrical sector
  • University degree or high school diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Valid category B driver’s license
  • English: Intermediate to Advanced level
