The Sales Engineer will be responsible for making sure sales targets are met within the designated sales area or territory.
The Sales Engineer should develop a close relationship with all their major accounts to grow business organically and find new business, should be expert in understanding the products, market area, trends..
Responsibilities / Job description:
- Finding new customers and constantly expanding the business and mix of products.
- Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs.
- First class consultative sales skills. Good understanding of Features and Benefits.
- Monitor sales and profit for each account.
- Assessing market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
- Identify and create a strong loyal relationship with all decision makers.
- Be aware of all competitive activities within major accounts.
- Good disciplined use of CRM and administration.
- Sales presentations for clients showing the success and credibility of the business and its products
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers if appropriate.
- Create sales strategies
- Proposing marketing adapted activities according to local demands
Requirements
- Higher education, preferably technical
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Business Development and/or Sales Management
- Technical knowledge on electrical field (wholesales, panel builders, construction)
- Strong persuasion, communication and negotiation skills, customer oriented, optimistic person
- Ability to accumulate technical details and to transmit them
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of English in speech and writing
- Driver’s license: B
