Gewiss, a leading provider of advanced electrical and lighting systems, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Iasi or Suceava.

 

Responsible for managing projects and direct accounts (installers, developers, panel builders, system integrators, general contractors, etc.) from bidding to invoicing. Ensures customer satisfaction, project success, and long-term business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop projects, proposing complete Gewiss technical and financial solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with direct accounts to secure loyalty and future business.

  • Engage with decision-makers to align solutions with budget and project needs.

  • Support customers with technical presentations, negotiations, and project progress updates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Prescriber, Sell-In, Technical, Customer Service) for project execution and issue resolution.

  • Monitor and report project pipeline, sales performance, and CRM updates.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on claims, technical defects, and corporate assignments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in technical sales (preferably electrical).

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred).

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience a plus.

  • Driver’s license (B).

  • English: intermediate to advanced.
