As a Light Specialist, you will be responsible for managing lighting projects, providing technical support to clients, and promoting our range of lighting products. This role requires frequent fieldwork, client interactions, and travel within Poland and the Baltic States.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, including installers, designers, architects, and lighting specialists, to understand project requirements and provide tailored lighting solutions.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate lighting needs and recommend suitable products and designs.
- Prepare lighting designs and simulations using Dialux software, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients regarding product specifications, installation procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote our lighting products effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulations related to lighting design and implementation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the lighting industry, with a strong understanding of lighting products, technologies, and applications.
- Technical education background, preferably in electrical engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Dialux software for lighting design and simulations.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work remotely and travel frequently within Poland and the Baltic States.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in analyzing lighting requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
